Episode 2: ROMANCE

Today, we’re peeling back the layers into the intriguing world of unconventional romance and unforgettable tales. One day I received a letter from a convicted serial killer – Bobby Joe Long. Now, Bobby Joe is not your typical Casanova, but just like so many other incarcerated men – even guys on death row – he had scores of women falling head over heals for him. In 1984, Bobby Joe Long abducted, sexually assaulted and murdered at least ten women in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. I wrote to him while he was on death row asking about his love life since he’s been in prison. He wrote back. His letter included a poem and a drawing of a rose.
